For BBER, the focus is on New Mexico. BBER staff knows the history and understands the context. We have worked with communities all over the state and have extensive contacts in and out of government. We understand the structure of state and local governments and their finances. We know the players -- who to ask and where to go to get information. We know New Mexico data and data sources. Indeed, the BBER's Data Bank serves as a clearinghouse for all socioeconomic and census-related information in New Mexico and publishes the monthly New Mexico Business, Current Economic Report.
