Application for open positions can be made on line. Postings can be viewed in detail on the UNM Human Resources UNM Jobs web site. Select "Staff Positions" and then sort the job postings by department by clicking on the word "Department" in that column header. Look for all postings listed for the "Bureau of Business and Economic Research". Follow the link on the left side bar under "create application" to submit an application.
Student Employment Opportunities at the BBER
The BBER is always looking for good student employees to help us in our work. We hire students for both clerical and research assistance. Both graduate and undergraduate students can apply. We prefer work study-qualified applicants, but this is not a necessity if you have the skills we need.
To see current BBER student job postings, go to UNM Jobs and select the "student positions" link. Sort the postings by department by clicking on the word "Department" in that column header. If we have any current openings they will be posted here. To apply for a position, follow the directions within UNM Jobs. If you are serious about working for the Bureau, please also fill out the BBER Student Employment Application Form and either email it to Gail Mercer or bring it in to Betty Lujan at our main office at 303 Girard Blvd. NE, Suite 116 (SW corner of Girard and Campus Blvds).
