The Bureau of Business and Economic Research has released a new round of population projections on CD.

Features on the CD include Microsoft Excel menus that allow the user to create data tables interactively for various geographic areas, including the State, counties, metro areas, metro and nonmetro portions of New Mexico, and user-defined county clusters. The CD also includes data tables and graphics that show distributions of the projected population and percent distributions in 1-year, 5-year and 10-year intervals by sex and age. Dependency ratios and population pyramids can also be created.

BBER makes the following data tables from the CD product available to the public free-of-charge:

• BBER Projected Compound Annual Average Population Growth Rates by County, 2005 to 2035
