Conference programs, presentation materials, recordings, and related announcements are published here as they are updated by the BBER data team.
The Data Users Conference (DUC) is typically a day-long conference held every fall. This conference offers attendees a plenary session and many breakout sessions throughout the day relating to various uses of socioeconomic and demographic data.
BBER as a Census Bureau State Data Center member is focused on presenting topics around the Decennial Census and other products from the Census Bureau. We also like to have speakers on topics requested by our audience and local New Mexico data sources.
Conference participants are a combination of individuals that attend the event year-after-year as well as newcomers, and include students, representatives of businesses, government agencies, and service organizations. All who use demographic and economic data to inform decisions, public policy and research are encouraged to attend.
